Problem

Content strategy usually runs on vibes: post, glance at views, guess. Split-testing reels properly means tracking which variable each one tests — hook, body, or CTA — and scoring the right metric for each.

Approach

Treat content like an experiment log. Every reel is a test with exactly one variable; hooks are judged by skip rate, CTAs by share rate. The tracker enforces the discipline so the data stays clean.

Build

A Next.js app on Supabase: test logging, variant tagging, metric capture, and a winners view that surfaces which hooks and CTAs are earning their keep.

Taught

This is the studio's own tooling — the same build-it-right treatment client work gets, pointed inward. Decisions run on data, not vibes.
