Feathers Galleria on the Plaza

Problem

Feathers Galleria sits on the Santa Fe Plaza, one of the most storied retail corridors in the Southwest. The brand inside the walls and the brand online were not the same brand. There was no functioning website, the identity had drifted, and the imagery did not match the caliber of the jewelry, the building, or the neighborhood.

Approach

A full brand, web, and content engagement in one run. We chose a hybrid stack so each job got the right tool, a Shopify catalog for selling and WordPress for long-form storytelling, integrated to read as one gallery. The brand was repositioned around the heritage of the Southwest and the quiet authority of a Plaza gallery.

Build

Wes led a custom desert editorial shoot with models styled to carry the jewelry, working on location so the landscape became part of the brand. In the same engagement we produced every product photo on the new site, rings, knives, heritage pieces, to a consistent gallery standard so the catalog and the campaign finally felt like one thing.

Result

Feathers went from lost to found. The gallery now has a site, a brand, and an image library that speaks the same language as the jewelry inside, and a team with something worth defending for the next chapter.

Taught

The product photos were shot to a written standard the gallery can repeat. New pieces go up looking like the old ones, without calling us.
