LePlatt's Pond at LJ Ranch
A complete launch — site, DNS migration, Search Console — delivered so the client could run every piece of it themselves.
The client is fully self-sufficient post-launch.
Problem
LePlatt's Pond at LJ Ranch needed a real web presence — not just a site, but the whole foundation: domain, DNS, search visibility, and a way to keep it current without a retainer.
Approach
Next.js on Vercel, built simple enough to hand over completely. The launch scope included the unglamorous parts most builds skip: DNS migration and Google Search Console setup, done right the first time.
Build
Site design and build, full DNS migration, Search Console verification and sitemap submission, and a structured handoff.
Result
The client runs the site themselves. No retainer, no dependency, no callbacks.
Taught
This is the build where the studio's philosophy got its words: Build it right. Teach it real. Every engagement since has ended the same way — with the client able to run their own site.
