Problem
Lowdown had product, audience, and momentum, the early signals of a brand on the rise. What it did not have was a clear next step. Growth was moving faster than the strategy, and decisions about brand, product, and spend were getting made without a map. They did not need another rebuild. They needed a sharp outside read.
Approach
Four structured sessions: pull the brand apart, read the market clearly, and sequence the moves on the table into an order of operations. The output was not a deck nobody opens. It was a direction the team could act on the next morning.
Build
Alongside the sessions, Wes shot an on-mountain lifestyle set, not a product catalog but visual storytelling built to carry the positioning the strategy landed on. When Lowdown went to execute, the imagery was already waiting.
Result
Lowdown left with sharper positioning, a clear sequence of next steps, and the language to defend brand decisions in front of them. Strategy and story arrived together, so the next move was an action, not a brief.
Taught
The work was sized to be handed off. Lowdown owns the strategy and owns what gets built from it. We did not become the dependency.
Result
Owned positioning, a sequenced plan, and the imagery to execute it. No retainer.
